

Walker Weitzel is the founder and principal attorney at Alloy Patent Law, where he dedicates his practice to serving inventors with clarity, integrity, and technical expertise. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has over a decade of hands‑on engineering experience in designing complex systems, including assembly machines for aerospace platforms. This technical grounding gives him a deep understanding of invention from concept through implementation. While working full-time as an engineer, Walker earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Seattle University School of Law, focusing on intellectual property law. He graduated among the top 5 % of his class and received multiple CALI awards for outstanding performance. He founded Alloy Patent Law in 2014 with a singular mission: to improve inventor access to high‑quality patent representation. Walker works directly with each client from the outset, translating technical ideas into a robust patent strategy. He places a strong emphasis on mentorship and education in order for clients to understand their options so they can make informed decisions.
